Toby was picked up as a stray by the local animal shelter. His owner was contacted but he was never claimed. Which is okay, because he wasn’t in very good shape. He had severe hair loss, dermatitis and an upper respiratory infection, indications of chronic neglect. PPRs vets attended to his medical needs and his foster nursed him back to health with lots of medicated baths and TLC. Now Toby has a happy, comfortable life with his adopter, Vanessa, and her fur siblings Benji and Coco.
