Windsor came to PPR after his owner had passed away. He’s a senior boy, but his owner took great care of him and was in great shape. Adopter Frances started out as his foster, but, as is often the case, she fell in love with him and could not bear to let him go. Now Windsor is again enjoying the good life, entertaining himself by lounging on the sofa, chasing lizards, and investigating all sorts of new smells in his securely fenced courtyard.
