I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
This is Twizzler, a 7-week old Chi puppy born with a congenital condition in puppies in which the anal opening does not develop and which left her with the inability to defecate. Surgery was her only option and when PPR was contacted, that is exactly the course of action that was taken.
