Sweet golden retriever boy Lukas had an extended stay in PPR care. He had a knee injury that required a surgical remedy, but developed a skin infection that delayed the procedure. After Three months of waiting, Lukas’ skin was finally healed, he had his surgery, and now he has a new home with adopters Annette and Jeff! Annette and Jeff have taken on the responsibility of loving the big guy and continuing with his physical therapy to ensure a complete recovery. Annette and Jeff have a couple of capable assistants, Levi, a Shephard mix, and Winston, a cat, for much needed play therapy.
