Snowball is a long hair Chi boy, 9 y/o, filthy, matted, terrible mouth and teeth who is coming from a backyard breeder. A rescuer described Snowball by saying his eyes convey confusion because he doesn’t understand what he did to deserve the life he’s been dealt.
