Lindsay has been volunteering with us since 2020. She started out as a foster mom and likes to call her house a dog hotel – a quiet place where dogs can temporarily hang out and decompress while we help them find their forever families. Lindsay doesn’t have a dog of her own, but she likes hanging out with dogs, so fostering is a perfect fit for her! In addition to giving her foster dogs a nice place to stay, she creates individual Instagram accounts for each of them to showcase their personalities and reach potential adopters.
Once we saw how creative and social media savvy Lindsay was, we immediately recruited her to provide social media & graphic support for PPR too! She manages our Instagram page, and with a professional background in corporate communication and PR, she knows how important storytelling is for any organization’s success.
