Bella is a sweet 11 year old senior Chihuahua girl with lots of life to live. She has a heart murmur and severe dental disease and the owner couldn’t afford her care. Bella was in a lot of pain so the owner knew she had to surrender her to get the help Bella needed. PPR stepped in and said yes right away to this girl. Can you help Bella get the vetting she needs?
