Billie’s a Poodle girl bought as a puppy from a breeder by her elderly owner. Having never been taught any basic manners or trained, this high energy dog knocked down the owner and she realized Billie was too much for her. The breeder refused to take her back so the owner felt like she had no choice but to have her euthanized. Luckily the vet contacted PPR so we could help. Will you sponsor me?
