Rhaegal is a seven year old rat terrier mix and one of 85 dogs that was recently rescued from an animal hoarding situation in Lake County. The dogs were found to be underweight with muscle atrophy, skin issues, ear infections, eye infections, worms, fleas and possibly heartworm.
