Adorable senior Shih Tzu girl Cece is home with Kathleen and Bill. This couple has adopted numerous dogs from PPR and was looking to add another after losing a pup recently. Shiloh, their Papillion is sometimes iffy with other dogs, but in this instance, he immediately gravitated to Cece and she to him. We think they will make a great team and enjoy hanging out in their fenced backyard or just taking a snooze on the sofa together. Welcome home Sweet Cece!
