Fifi is a tiny 6 lb senior, about 15 years old, who came into the shelter with four other dogs loaded in a U-Haul by an owner who was moving and couldn’t take them along. This sweet neglected girl had skin in rough shape, was covered in fleas, one nail had grown so long it was embedded in her paw pad, and her teeth are in terrible condition.
