Rufus is a two year old basset hound beagle mix who found himself, along with his brother Dale, at a rural shelter. Despite being healthy and friendly, the pair was scheduled to be euthanized due to extreme overcrowding at the shelter. Luckily PPR was able to step up and save the boys!
