Pierre is 1 year old Shih Tzu boy. He came into PPR with 5 other dogs after their owner’s roof collapsed, leaving the house uninhabitable. Unless we stepped in to help, the owner was going to leave the dogs in the house, abandoned. He was so matted we couldn’t tell which end was which. He was suffering and in bad shape. Are you able to sponsor Pierre so that he can get the immediate treatment he needs and never know neglect again?
