Mia is a 3 year old Shepard mix who lived nearly her entire life chained on a roof, with little food and water. When she snuck in and ate some human food, the owner took her to the vet to be euthanized. An angel overheard the vet advising against it since she was so young. When the owner left, she swooped in and saved her. Despite her previous situation, Mia is a sweet lovebug happy to have a second chance.
