Kelsey, a 10-year-old senior female Chihuahua who was rescued from a local shelter has become a PR (Permanent Resident) of PPR. Tests/blood work revealed this sweet senior has chronic kidney disease and will be on a special diet. Her labs showed elevated white blood cell count, likely due to her teeth being so terrible. Given this news PPR has decided that Kelsey is home with PPR. She will remain in foster care with us where she will be loved and cared for, and she will never feel alone for the remainder of her days. Welcome home, Kelsey!
