Benny has another sad past. He was a senior dog dumped at the shelter in terrible condition. His eyes were crusty, his fur was matted, and his ears were infected. During his intake exam, our vet also noticed that poor Benny has a whopping heart murmur and requires medication a few times a day. Despite his heart, his foster Alex reports that he is the happiest, most gentle guy. He loves sunbathing and getting treats. Thank you, Alex, for helping Benny.
