Dooley is a 7 year old male Shih Tzu and was being given away for free on social media. He hadn’t seen a vet in some time and his eyes were goopy, oozing and crusty and in terrible shape – he needed immediate medical attention. A Good Samaritan stepped in and asked PPR to help.
