I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!
Lulu is a one year old shih tzu havanese mix who has spent her whole life living in a crate outside an auto repair shop with her sister Priscilla. The pair have never received proper vetting and have had little social interaction. Thankfully a concerned citizen convinced their former owner to surrender the dogs to PPR so that we can give them all the love and care they deserve!
