Mitch is young Chihuahua mix that came PPR from a hoarding situation. As is often the case, he had had no vetting and very little socialization; needless to say, he was terrified. PPR took him into care, brought his vetting up to date and placed him into foster care where he could relax and learn how to be a treasured member of a household. Little by little in foster care Mitch started to relax and become a sweet little boy. Ultimately, Mitch found a new home with a family that will give him all the love and care he will need to thrive.
