Tiny Chihuahua girl Oona was picked up by a local animal shelter as a stray. She is a very charming girl, leading one of PPR’s vets to comment that she was an “an adorable dog” and that she would be “a wonderful companion.” That is exactly what adopters Penni and Scott were looking for – a sweet dog that would be a good companion for themselves and for their Chihuahuas Bailey and Jasmine. So now Oona has an awesome life to look forward to with all the joys of a warm home, a loving family and a sense of security. Welcome home, Oona!
