Adopters Larry and Carlos had lost two of their senior dogs in the last year. They decided that their current dog, Shayna, needed some company, and they wanted another dog, too. When they saw Goldie’s picture they knew she was the one- she was a carbon copy of Shayna , but in black. During the first meeting Shayna wasn’t too excited to meet Goldie and growled a little, but Lenny and Carlos knew that once the pups got to know each other they’d be fine. The next meeting was on Shayna’s home turf and went better…no growling or jumping. The new family went for a walk and both Goldie and Shayna were really happy. Welcome home, Goldie!
