Meet Lindsay! Since 2020, she’s been an invaluable member of our volunteer team, initially starting as a foster mom. Her bond with her seventh foster dog, Polly, was so strong that Polly decided to make Lindsay’s home her forever home. Polly’s journey from neglect to love symbolizes the transformative power of Lindsay’s care.
Lindsay’s background in corporate communication and PR at Disney shines through in her role as the manager of our Instagram page. Her storytelling skills bring each of our rescue dogs’ unique stories to life, ensuring they receive the attention and love they deserve as they seek their own ‘happily ever after’.
Her efforts haven’t gone unnoticed; Poodle & Pooch Rescue ranks among the top 500 nonprofit fundraisers on Instagram, thanks to Lindsay’s social media skills. Her dedication to our cause is further demonstrated by her involvement in driving donations through programs like Disney’s employee matching gifts and VoluntEARS Grants.
From fostering to managing social media, creating media content, and driving donations, Lindsay’s contributions to Poodle and Pooch are immeasurable.
