Willa was in rough shape when she was found in a home with 20 other animals and was terribly emaciated. Unfortunately, she has not made as much progress as expected. While she has gained some weight, she has many ongoing medical issues. So, Willa is now a permanent resident of PPR. Willa’s foster mom is dedicated to her needs and wants her to enjoy the rest of her days, knowing she is loved and cared for. PPR will provide all medical treatment she needs so she can live out her days in a loving home, forget her past, and just be a cherished family member. Welcome home, Willa!
