Twizzler is a very special little Chihuahua puppy: she was born with a very serious defect that could have jeopardized her survival. One of PPR’s veterinarians met the adorable little girl and was determined he was going to give her the surgery she needed to survive. And survive she did…but she is not only surviving, she is thriving! And now she has a wonderful forever home with adopters Christina and Angel. Sweet Twizzler is not without canine companionship at her new home, she has a fur sibling named Harper, a miniature Dachshund, to pal around with, too! Twizzler had a very difficult start to her life, now she will have nothing but comfort and love!
