Taco came into PPR care after his owner suffered a major stroke and was placed into hospice care. He is a 7 year old Chihuahua mix; unfortunately, none of his vet records were available at intake so PPR’s veterinary team had to bring all of his vaccines up-to- date. Generally, he was in pretty good health for a middle-aged dog. As normal, after Taco’s vetting was complete he was placed into foster care for some much needed TLC and rest. Taco made him right at home in his foster home, and even got along great with his foster parent’s cat, Lily. His fosters took this as a sign and decided he was where he meant to be, and they made him their own. Welcome home, Taco!
