Sprout was picked up by animal control as a puppy wandering the streets with a couple of big dogs; they believe the dogs were dumped. Sprout was full of parasites and his skin was a crusty mess. PPR took him into care, attended to his needs and he became a happy, goofy puppy. Robee and Nathan were looking for a puppy and came across Sprout’s picture. His picture reminded them of Dobby (yes, the Harry Potter character), and they knew they had to have him. So now, Sprout has a new home, a new name, Dobby, and a new family.
