Snoopy was rescued from a neglectful owner by a good Samaritan and eventually landed in PPR care. The poor Havanese boy had lived his entire life outside and it showed: his skin was a mess, he had chronic ear infections and he was infested with fleas. PPR took him into care and attended to all of his medical needs; after a lot of TLC by his foster family his skin finally healed and he was again a handsome boy. Adopter Colleen was looking for companion. She is a retiree living in the Villages, one of Florida’s most dog-friendly communities. Colleen met Snoopy and he immediately captured her heart. Snoopy in now healthy, has a mommy that dotes on him and attends to his every need. For Colleen and Snoopy, life is good.
