Smooshie is a Pug puppy that came into PPR care via its rescue partners in Mexico. A breeder did not want her because she appeared to have a small umbilical hernia and did not think he could breed her. PPR’s rescue partner made sure all of her vaccinations were up to date before sending her to the US and into PPR care. At intake she was estimated to be about 5 months old and a little shy of 8 lbs. PPR attended to all of her medical needs and placed her into foster care. Adopters Amanda and Johnathan were looking for a puppy and fell instantly fell in love with the sweet little girl. Now we are confident she has an awesome life to look forward to with all the joys of a secure, warm home and a loving family. Welcome home, Smooshie!
