Rosie came into PPR care after receiving an SOS call from the local shelter. They had taken in Rosie, who was a very gentle dog who was suffering from severe flea infestation and had an eye issue. The shelter knows from experience that PPR would attend to all of Rosie’s needs. PPR took Rosie care, attended to all of her medical needs and placed her into foster care. Over time her skin has improved tremendously but still requires eye drops. Adopters Doreen and William, and their daughter, Amy, had previously parented Boston terriers who needed life-long eye medications; consequently, they were not put off by Rosie’s eye issues. Rosie’s skin issues, which left her hairless, also did not diminish their interest. And, after meeting her in-person they were completely besotted. This sweet, happy, cuddly lap dog was everything they could have hoped for! A real beauty inside and out. Rosie has her very own fan club with three humans that think she is exceptional. She is finally living the life she rightly deserves!
