Handsome Roscoe is a Beagle/West Highland terrier mix that had lived on a farm his entire life with his look-alike brother, Alfredo. He was part of an accidental litter – the owners found homes for the female puppies but didn’t for the boys; thus they were just allowed to roam on the farm. The owners did feed the pups, but they had never seen a veterinarian or been groomed. PPR took the boys into care, brought their vaccines up to date and neutered them as well. Adopter Maria and her husband wanted another dog to shower with love and a new friend for their dog, Milo, to play with. They saw Roscoe’s profile on the PPR website and thought he may be the one; when they met the sweet and playful guy they knew he was the ideal choice. Welcome home, Roscoe!
