Roo was an anxious boy, he needed a home where he could feel safe. Adopters Cortney and Andrew, and their children have promised to provide Roo the security and care he needs. Roo came to PPR as an owner surrender, heartworm positive and with a poorly-healed leg from a previous fracture. His days of insecurity are over, now it’s time to enjoy life with a new family that will cherish him and allow him to thrive. At last, Roo is home.
