Penny came into PPR care after her previous owner had to move into a senior living facility and no longer able to care for her. Her life was turned upside down for a short while, but she managed to land back on her feet in great style…Penny now leads the ultimate Florida life! Penny now lives in a condo on the beach with adopters Gail and Richard. Besides many walks on the beach, the Gail and Richard plan to take her on many RV adventures. Life is good for the pint-sized pooch!
