Penelope’s first 4 years of life were dismal. She was overbred and neglected, no one appreciated or adored her. Those days are finally over. Sue& Phil are Dachshund enthusiasts. They were captivated by Penelope’s beauty and sweet disposition. They enjoy pampering her with home cooked meals, strolls through the neighborhood, and oodles of affection. Penelope finally has a true forever home, and has at last found happiness!
