Patches came to PPR from a very unfortunate situation. Her coat was terribly matted and her mouth was a mess. After her basic veterinary needs were met she was placed into foster care with Vicki and Benny. Vicki, Benny and their Cocker Spaniel, Hannah, gave Patches lots of TLC, and Patches blossomed. In no time at all, Vicki and Benny decided that PPR did not need to look any further for Patches’ forever home…she was already there. Vicki and Benny decided that Patches needed a new name to go with her new life, so she is now (appropriately) named Sweetie.
