Minnow was found in a crate outside of an apartment door in South Florida – apparently her owners had been evicted and did not take her with them nor did they take her to a shelter. PPR was asked to help and they took the cute girl into care. Upon intake she was estimated to be 5 years old and she weighed 15 lbs. Fortunately she had already been spayed and was relatively healthy, so PPR’s veterinary partners only needed to bring her vaccines up-to-date, clean her teeth and place a microchip before PPR placed her into foster care. It wasn’t long before happy-go-lucky Minnow met adopter Patricia and the two fell instantly in love. Both are known for their sweet dispositions and the bond between them was evident from the moment they met. Patricia was taken in by Minnow’s smile and affectionate nature. Minnow appreciated that her Mom made her feel at home right away. They are a perfect pair! Welcome home, Minnow!
