Senior Chihuahua girl Livie was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension, mitral valve disease as well as several other medical issues; due to her age and chronic illnesses, PPR has designated her as a Permanent Resident. This designation means that she will stay with her foster Mom who will give her all of the love and attention she needs, and PPR will continue to cover all of the costs associated with her care. Her foster Mom will see to it that Livie will never want for anything. She will be spoiled and treated like a queen. She will receive the very best care. Livie will know love and compassion for the rest of her life. Welcome home, Livie!
