Kermie was found as a stray by the local animal shelter. He was so thin they could not place him on the adoption floor, so they asked PPR for help. Fortunately, other than being skinny, he was relatively healthy. Kermie was placed into foster care with Paula; Kermie was immediately the talk of her neighborhood…everybody loved Kermie. Paula and her two dogs, Romeo, a rescued Yorkie, and Harlow, a Jack Russel-Beagle-Basset Hound mix, loved him, too, and soon realized that Kermie was already at his forever home.
