When Jasper came to PPR he was in bad shape due to untreated allergies. With medicine and lots of TLC, he was soon looking like new. Adopters Richard and Tommie lost their beloved pooch; after three months of grieving they felt ready to welcome a new rescue into their home. When they saw Jasper, it was love at first sight. When they met him, they were greeted with a barrage of kisses, which only helped to confirm he was the one for them. Jasper has his parent’s undivided attention and will never again be neglected. He will be loved and cared for the rest of his life!
