Hugo’s journey stretches from the streets of Mexico into the loving arms of Tony, who fell in love with the little Dachshund/Golden Retriever mix. Hearing his sad story and seeing his photo, Tony couldn’t wait to meet this sweet little boy. Tony is a huge animal advocate with experience in rescuing and fostering dogs. Would he feel a connection with Hugo? Yes!
