Heath is home with his foster mom and dad, Julie and Joel! He loves snuggling, pulling every toy out of his toy basket, and romping and playing tug-of-war with his new brother, Puppy. Julie & Joel weren’t looking for a new family member, but once they brought Heath home, they knew they couldn’t let him go. Heath, now named Petey, has brought lots of love and laughter into their lives, especially as they heal from the loss of Dusty, their very first fur-baby, who sadly passed in February. Luckily, Petey got the chance to meet Dusty and was given the Dusty “paw” of approval. Petey’s adoption by Julie, Joel, and Puppy is in memory of their beloved Dusty. Welcome Home, Heath/Petey!
