Adopter Kali works with one of PPR’s vets. She was present when a litter of 7 black lab pups came in for veterinary care. All of them were adorable, but one in particular made a lasting impression. Harlan made paw prints on her heart and there was no going back. Harlan often accompanies his mom to work where he attends daycare and can socialize and make new friends. He is one spoiled little guy!
