Grover was originally picked up as a stray. He was underweight, had fleas and severely matted hair; to make matters worse, he was very fearful. Lucky for him, PPR came to his rescue. The vet team worked to gain his trust and gave him the medical care he desperately needed. After a little time in foster care, his fear gradually started to melt away. The Jacob family was acquainted with Grover’s foster, and was looking for a playmate for their dog, Bella. The family met Grover, and in no time at all the entire family had fallen under his spell. Grover’s unfortunate past is now just a distant memory, now he has a forever home.
