Frosty came into PPR care from a hoarding situation; his owner was well-intentioned but had no way of possibly properly caring for the dogs in her care. Thus, he was in sorry shape when he came into PPR care: he was filthy and matted, he had horribly infected ears, he inflamed skin and he was blind. PPR’s vets saw to his urgent medical needs and placed him into foster care for some much needed TLC. Eventually, he was placed with Margaret, who has a soft spot for senior dogs. After attending to his needs, the little guy worked his way into Margaret’s heart, and found his forever home…Frosty will never be neglected again.
