Frankie, a young Yorkie mix, was discovered on a Facebook, advertised as being “free to a good home.” Though the people offering Frankie may have been well-intentioned, PPR knows that dogs placed in such a way often do not have great futures. Thus, a PPR volunteer quickly responded to ensure Frankie had a happy ending. And, indeed, his story does have a happy ending: he was adopted by Samuel. Frankie now has an awesome life to look forward to with security and lots of love.
