Emmy is a young, tiny Chihuahua that was surrendered to PPR by her previous owners because they did not feel they could properly care for her. Emmy is initially shy but warms up to people quickly and is very sweet. Adopter Emily was looking for a tiny companion, and Emmy was the perfect choice. So now Emmy has a new home with a new mommy that adores her and will make sure she has all of the love and care she needs to thrive. Welcome, home, Emmy!
