Senior pup Dorothy was surrendered at a local shelter, showing severe signs of neglect: she was underweight and had very red, irritated skin. Once she started feeling better, she became a very sweet, easy-going little girl. Adopters CJ and Richard saw Dorothy on the Adoptable Dog page on PPR’s website and instantly knew that Dorothy was the girl for them…truly love at first sight. Finally, Dorothy is in a home that will attend to all of her needs and treat her as a cherished family member.
