Cupid, a tiny, 3 year-old Maltese mix needed some love. He had come from a hoarding situation where he was not able to receive appropriate medical care. Thus, his ears were inflamed and loaded with mites, and he was loaded with worms. PPR saw to medical needs, placed him into foster care for some much needed TLC and then listed for adoption. Carlos and Elizabeth felt they they had the time and love to share with a dog; they met Cupid and fell madly in love. Cupid now has a safe, secure home where his parents dote on him constantly and will give him all of the love and care he needs to thrive.
