Cocoa, formerly known as Cocoa Puff at PPR, is officially home and the result of a foster fail! His new mom Phyllis missed having a dog since two of hers passed away over the last year so she decided to foster. She really mossed having the company of a dog. She immediately fell in love with Cocoa but unfortunately for the first few months he had a lot of GI issues. It took some time to resolve those issues, but once resolved Phyllis just couldn’t let him go. Phyllis will continue to foster and Cocoa gets to be a “big brother” fur sibling to the other foster dogs. Welcome Home, Cocoa!
