PPR was asked to take sweet Charlotte into care by a Good Samaritan who knew she wasn’t being properly cared for but had too many dogs herself to be able to take her in. She reported Charlotte is a tiny Min_Pin mix pup that was only 8 months old, never been vetted, had been confined to living in a bathroom and been beaten…needless to say, she was very scared. PPR took her in, brought her vetting up to date and placed her into foster care for some much needed TLC. While in foster care, Charlotte started to come out of her shell and become a sweet little girl. Adopters Kim and Doug came across Charlotte’s picture and bio on the PPR website and applied to adopt the little girl. When they met Charlotte they immediately fell in love with the little bundle of joy. Now Charlotte is in a home that will treasure her, where she will be queen of her castle. Welcome home, Charlotte!
