Charlie wasted no time charming the pants off his foster family! Cuddling against their legs, rolling over for belly rubs, smiling at them showing his teefers and his adorable underbite. At first, Charlie was a bit too interested in the resident kitty, Lucy Lu, but a couple of corrections got him on the right path-and secured his future as a forever family member with parents Rikki and Dave, their PPR permanent resident Pogo, and Lucy Lu.
